The official website of Detective Conan film feature finally drops the full trailer for the forthcoming 26th Film feature. The official full trailer for Detective Conan: Kurogane no Submarine contains 60 seconds of what the fans can expect from the film. A compelling visual of Conan and Gin was also released alongside the full trailer.Last month, the website revealed the title, teaser visual and release date of the feature film. As mentioned, the 26th Detective Conan Feature film is titled Detective Conan: Kurogane no Submarine and will have its theatrical release date on April 23, 2023. It was also revealed that the storyline for the film will tackle the conflict between Conan, Ai Haibara and the Black Organization. The initial teaser for the film has the tagline drawn by Detective Conan author Gosho Aoyama containing the words "Don't die, Haibara--." It was also confirmed that Shuichi Akai and Toru Amuro (Bourbon) will be appearing together in the film. The pair was last seen on the 20th Detective Conan feature film titled The Darkest Nightmare in 2016.The mystery themed anime finally unveiled the plot line for the film. It was revealed that the film will revolve around Conan's desperate attempts to save Ai Haibara from the Black Organization. The trailer also revealed that Conan will be battling against Gin. The location of the film is set in the sea near the Hachijo-jima island in Tokyo. The story will start as the engineers across the world have gathered for the extensive operation of the offshore facility called Pacific Buoy. At the same time, Conan and the Detective Boys happen to be visiting the Hachijo-jima with Sonoko's invitation.
Things took a dark turn after Sonoko received a call from Subaru Okiya informing her that a certain Europol employee was murdered in Germany by Gin. Aside from the murder, another engineer was also kidnaped by the Black Organization. As per usual, Conan quietly sneaks into the facility to resolve the murder and to investigate about the female engineer who has been kidnaped by the Black Organization. Conan went on to discover that the engineer holds a USB drive that contains confidential information that ended up in the hands of the organization.
Fans have been anticipating the annual Detective Conan feature film for years. It will be exciting to see how things uncover between Conan and the Black Organization as well as the duel between Conan and Gin.
Detective Conan: Kurogane no Submarine will premiere on April 23, 2023.
