You can sometimes find a Beaker in Pop-N-Pills crates, medicine cabinets, and containers inside garages. Unfortunately, you can't craft Beakers of your own, which means you'll really have to pick those POIs clean. Apart from sealed crates, containers like Chemistry Sets and Medical Supplies also have decent chances of containing a Beaker.

Another reliable way of finding a Beaker is to check trader compounds. If you're planning on doing business with traders in 7 Days To Die, it's best to check their compound for loot containers before leaving. If you're looking for Beakers, sweep the compounds for Destroyed Chemistry Stations. They can also contain useful resources like wood and coal, and they may even have magazines that improve your crafting skills.

You could always check trader inventories if they have any Beakers for sale. Trader Jen specializes in medical/chemical supplies; visit her if you aren't having any luck with the others.

If you're not having much luck finding Beakers during your scavenging run, consider buying some Eye Candy from a vending machine. This is a consumable item that gives you both a flat and a percentage Loot Bonus buff for six minutes. Essentially, this increases your chances of finding rare and better-quality loot.

For those who are unaware, biomes and POIs have difficulty ratings marked by the number of skulls they have on their name tags (found on the upper-right side of the screen). Harder POIs give a bonus to what 7 Days To Die calls the Loot Stage, which determines what kinds of items you get from looting containers. A higher Loot Stage means you'll find rarer items as you explore. Your Loot Stage will naturally increase as you play the game, though Consumables like Eye Candy and the Treasure Hunter mod also give you small but significant increases to this stat.
