Dam Battlegrounds in Arc Raiders is the starting map and one that players will be accustomed to the most. It's an excellent map with numerous quests that have players exploring all the different areas. One of the quests related to the Research and Administration building is the Balanced Harvest quest.
Celeste wants the player to find Lab 1 inside the R&D building, which can be overwhelming with how big the building is. The guide below offers a step-by-step walkthrough of the quest and the rewards players can get in Arc Raiders.

A Balanced Harvest Quest Guide in Arc Raiders
Once you talk to Celeste and accept the quest, load up Dam Battlegrounds and go to Research and Administration. It's best that you approach the building from the south side so that you can go up the blue stairs to the top. There might be a Sentinel mounted on the wall above the stairs, so make sure you take it out before getting close. The Sentinel drops the Sentinel Firing Core, which is required to upgrade the Gunsmith station to level 3.

Once you are inside the building, ignore the door on the left and take the right path. Open the door over here and turn left to find yourself in a hallway leading up to multiple rooms on either side. Your objective is to find Lab 1, and this will be in front of you on the right. The room is near the lockers and the shower rooms.
Once you go inside the room, head further in through the open doorway and interact with the notes on the table. This should complete your quest, and you can extract at any point in this run.
The closest extraction point will be the Water Treatment elevator, but since you are already in the R&D building, it's best that you loot all the lockers and the medical room, as you can get a lot of good loot here and even Epic Trinkets, which sell for seven to ten thousand.
Go to the Vendors tab in the main menu and turn in the quest to get the following rewards:
- Advanced Mechanical Components x3
- Medium Gun Parts x3
- Steel Spring x10
