While quietly sneaking through the various locations in A Quiet Place The Road Ahead, players can stumble on the toy collectibles (space shuttles) to pick up. These collectibles can be found in air ducts, hidden away in debris, inside locked briefcases, or just out in the open.

The usual urge to get out of an area as soon as possible is justified, but collecting toys along the way will net you the Completionist trophy, as well as in-game credits. Players will be able to use these credits to unlock bonus content in the Extra menu, which includes concept art and 3D character models.

Location for All Toy Collectibles in A Quiet Place The Road Ahead

There are a total of 35 space shuttle toy collectibles hidden away in different chapters/locations of A Quiet Place The Road Ahead. The amount of credit you get per toy depends on its color/rarity, i.e. Gold (50 CR), silver (30 CR), and bronze (20 CR). Here's a list of all the locations of toy collectibles in the game.

The Ranch	Bronze	In the opening area under the broken wooden structure.
	Silver	Inside the kitchen area, it's accessible from a window in the back of the house.
	Bronze	When first entering the air ducts, head left instead of right to find the toy.
The Hospital	Bronze	Inside a drawer in room 111.
	Bronze	On a table inside the room where you get the key.
	Silver	Next to a red car and a bucket in the parking lot section.
The Forest	Bronze	Under a tree that's next to the board with children drawing.
	Gold	Cross the train tracks and climb over boxes to find the space shuttle on the right side of the train carriage.
	Silver	While going downhill from the area where the monster is patrolling, climb up the ledge and find the toy.
Lake House	Silver	After talking to Martin and entering the house, look on the bookshelf to your right.
	Gold	After following Martin upstairs, go to the room on the right and look inside the side table next to the bed.
	Bronze	After climbing into the attic, find the toy on the table.
The Campsite	Bronze	At the start of the location, find the toy right beside the caravan.
	Silver	On a bench after you pass the area with several noise traps and the monster is patrolling.
	Bronze	On a crate right after the area where you turn on the radio in the watchtower.
	Silver	Right after you pass under the house, climb over the barrier, go right, past the bear trap, and find the toy on a bench.
Trainwreck	Silver	After going into the second cave, look for two boxes blocking a tunnel. Move them away and head into the tunnel to find the toy.
	Bronze	In the area where you unlock the second briefcase, grab the plank and place it down to the right to cross the hut and find the toy laying in the grass.
	Gold	After crossing the open area with the creature patrolling, onto the train carriage and drop to the bridge's metal beams. Now keep moving forward until you find the toy on said beam.
	Bronze	After finally making it through the trains and reaching the bottom of the bridge, make your way through the area with the creature patrolling. Move alongside the river and take a right. Follow the train to the right until you find the toy at the end.
Pump Station	Silver	After turning the valves to block steam, go up the stairs and descend the ladder on the right. Go through the offices into the hallway and make your way to the chain-linked fence. After crossing the fence, pick up the toy on the right over the table.
	Silver	Inside the air ducts after passing through the office.
	Gold	Behind the pipes inside the flood area with the containers.
The Harbor	Bronze	Right after passing through the tech store and climbing into the petrol station office, find the toy on a table in the blocked-off hallway to the right.
	Gold	Right after opening the last briefcase, go back and pass the metal gate to find the toy on the right.
	Silver	After climbing down from the roof onto the street level, find the toy right beside the ambulance.
	Bronze	On a table inside the shack on the pier. You access said shack by picking up the plank, using it to reach the other side, picking the plank back up, and using it to access the shack at the far right end of the area.
	Silver	In the upper section of the warehouse, which is accessible by placing a plank. You enter said warehouse after lifting the small boat that was blocking the path.
	Bronze	After the previous toy, head back down and crouch to pass through the opening in the wall. After that, go up the stairs, climb out of the window, and look to your immediate left.
The Fire Station	Bronze	Right next to the Fire Station entrance after passing under the boxes and climbing on the platform.
	Silver	After using the fuse box to open the door and grab the wooden plank, use it to cross over to the other side and go through the red door with the green light. Inside the room, change the fuse position from right to left to open the door inside and grab the toy on the table.
	Silver	At the end of the hall, after you exit the control room with the sprinkler warning sign.
	Bronze	Right from the previous toy's location, turn back and enter the room at the start of the hallway to the right. Make your way down the stairs, enter the vent, follow it until you drop into a room, and climb the vent on the right to find the toy.
	Gold	After draining the water using the valve a second time, climb down to the lower platform and pick up the toy on the brown barrel.
	Gold	Right after interacting with Laura and getting the gas mask, you'll find the last toy after getting on the other side of the chain-linked fence.

These were all the locations of toy collectibles found in A Quiet Place The Road Ahead. While finding the toy collectibles, you'll be unlocking the following trophies.

Distracted Child: After your first collectible.
Collector: After gathering 10 toy collectibles.
Completionist: After gathering all the toy collectibles.

After you've collected all of them, head over to the Extra menu on the title screen and purchase artwork or 3D models of characters you like. Do note that while unlocking bonus content in the Extra menu, you'll unlock the following trophies in A Quiet Place The Road Ahead.
