Popular Kick streamer Adin Ross believes that Twitch may be planning to lift the content creator's permanent ban in the near future.
Legal representatives for Mifsits Boxing served Adin Ross this week. The lawsuit alleges that Deen would be breaching his contract with Misfits if the match is held. Ross immediately took to social media to respond. "They served me basically a notice. I got served today by Misfits. Misfits served me because they are insecure and they can't let me do my own thing. So that is crazy," he said in a stream on Instagram Live. The documents themselves have not been revealed, and there has been no legal comment made public by either side. Ross had announced a boxing match on his Kick stream last year, but with the intention that he would be one of the fighters.

Following Ross's ban from Twitch, he turned his streaming passion to Kick, a competitor with fewer restrictions on what its users can say. His success on that platform has drawn a lot of criticism on social media.
Kick has also not publicly responded yet, and its involvement with the fight is mum, too. However, it is obvious that the company is impressed with Adin Ross's work, rewarding him with a Rolls-Royce for his last birthday. It is unknown if Ross is seeking legal counsel at this time.
Ross has expanded his content on Kick to include streams about boxing, mixed martial arts, and gambling. To shake things up in one stream, Ross played Blackjack with Dana White, president of UFC. Ross will not be backing down, and intends to hold the event.
