Alsa: Hero Overview

Alsa is an S-Level Mage from the Maulers Faction. In terms of lore, Alsa emerges as a Hero hailing from the Ashen Waste, the latest region integrated into AFK Journey through the Song of Strife season. Alsa's unique talent lies in summoning Earth Pillars onto the battlefield, formidable structures that hinder enemy movement.

In combat, Alsa has a range of six tiles and engages in both ranged and melee assaults. With the ability to leap six tiles, she can stun or strike an enemy before retreating to her initial position, rendering her a challenging target in most compositions.

Another noteworthy skill in Alsa's arsenal is her Rolling Boulder, a projectile that targets foes affected by Control Effects.

The Best Team and Comp for Alsa

Given her proficiency with Control Effects, Alsa thrives within a META Eironn lineup. Assembling the best composition around her involves pairing Alsa with Eironn, Damian, Arden, and either Reinier or Scarlita. Alternatively, players can integrate Alsa into a long-range composition centered on Marksmen such as Odie and Cecia. In this setup, a Tank-oriented frontline becomes essential to afford the necessary time for long-range Heroes to accumulate Energy and commence their assault from a safe distance.

Is Alsa Worth It?

Unlike Florabelle, Alsa doesn't seamlessly integrate into most META teams. Her specialized functionality, when utilized effectively, has the potential to redefine gameplay and assert dominance in PvP matches. However, Alsa's high RNG outcomes when creating Earth Pillars can hinder the movement of friendly Heroes.

For players already employing Control-oriented decks, Alsa proves to be a valuable addition, deemed a must-have Hero. Nonetheless, other players are advised to refrain from pulling for her unless they seek to fill a particular role within specific lineups.

In the Dream Realm mode, Alsa's Earth Pillars are ineffective, as the bosses encountered within this mode remain stationary, rendering the walls essentially futile.
