Arc Raiders is an extraction shooter where players may face greater challenges from ARC enemies than from online Raiders. This is because, at times, even enemy Raiders will band together to deal with larger enemies that can drop resources and loot for all. Quests are a major part of the game and one that players will be doing often. After Rain is one of Celeste's quests, where she asks you to repair the sonar panels. There are a few things you will need to do to complete the quest; here's all the information you need in Arc Raiders.

After Rain Comes Quest Guide in Arc Raiders
After accepting the quest from Celeste, you need to load up the Buried City map. It is important to note that you can use a Free Loadout for this quest, but this will make the quest much longer than it needs to be. The reason for this is that you need five Wires and two Batteries to complete the quest. By the time you get this quest, you should have played enough of the game to have these resources in your stash. You can then add them to your inventory and start a round.
In the case that you do not have these resources on you, you can acquire them on the same run before making your way to the quest objective. Wires and Batteries are mostly located in electrical and technological areas that are marked on the map. There are also a lot of broken-down cars in Buried City that you can breach in the hopes of getting these items. You can also salvage Power Cables into Wires if you manage to find them.
Be careful while searching inside houses and buildings, as there are a lot of Pops and Fireballs on every floor, which can cause you to take a lot of damage.
Once you have the items, make your way to the west side of the map, near the Grandioso Apartments. There should be multiple solar panels here, one of which has a small yellow generator next to it. Interact with it, and this should complete your quest.

You can then safely extract via the hatch or metro station. Once you return to the main menu and talk to Celeste, she will give you the following rewards:
