Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 has a lot of optional content for players to find while exploring the continent. The main story of Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 only takes the party to about half the locations that are available to explore, with a lot of the optional content being locked behind different traversal mechanics unlocked with Esquie.
While a lot of the optional content involves fighting Nevrons or completing White Nevron quests, there are a few more lighthearted locations to visit, with these being the Gestral Beaches. Act 1 Gestral Beach Location in Clair Obscur: Expedition 33
The first Gestral Beach can be reached as soon as you can freely explore the first region of the continent, even before Esquie gets the ability to swim. It can be found by running west of the Gestral Village, just to the north of the Red Woods. The game at this beach is Parkour, the simplest one to complete. The rewards for this beach are:

Act 2 Gestral Beach Locations in Clair Obscur: Expedition 33
These next Gestral Beaches can only be reached after finishing Act 1, and Esquie gets the ability to swim. The first beach you can reach is northeast of Stone Wave Cliffs, just before reaching the corals leading to the next area. The game here is Gestral Rafting Volley Club, and the rewards are:
- Resplendent Chroma Catalyst
- Swimsuit II - Lune
- Swimsuit II - Sciel
The next Gestral Beach can be reached after making your way through the Forgotten Battlefield. From that location coming out of the north exit, following the northwestern path until you reach water, with the Gestral Beach being in the center of it. This is the location of the much more difficult parkour game, and the reward for finishing it is:
- Swimsuit - Monoco
The final Gestral Beach that can be reached in Act 2 is after Esquie gets the ability to break through Coral Reefs. Head to the northeastern section of the continent, just east of Sirene. This game is a simple timed race, and the reward for doing the best is:
- Swimsuit - Verso
- Resplendent Chroma Catalyst
- Grandoise Chroma Catalyst

Act 3 Gestral Beach Location in Clair Obscur: Expedition 33
This Gestral Beach can only be reached after finishing Act 2, and Esquie gets the ability to fly. This beach is located just south of the Gestral Race beach, found in the northeastern corner of the continent. Simply fly over the mountain just to the south, and you'll find the final beach surrounded by water. This is a climbing game where you'll have to dodge falling balls of fire, and the reward for reaching the top is:
