On a workbench outside the main office in the storage area.

Sharpy Plushie

Inside the hallway that you visit right after the first Mimic encounter.

Toy Phone

Inside the birthday showroom, there's a locked door to the right of the huge cake which requires the creator permission. The collectible is inside.

Hedgehog Mask

On the table inside the room where you upgrade your Data Diver to security permission.

Fall Fest Snow Globe

Behind the cardboard castle to the left of Jackie's toybox.

Monty's Water Game

Inside the Welcome Showroom. Head left from the small lift onto the catwalk to find the gift box.

Chica's Party Time Cup

Once you repair the elevator for the first time, use the vent inside the room to get inside the closed-off area and get this collectible.

Grand Prize Trophy

It is located on the second-floor balcony of Big Top's Showroom. Players can get it after completing the area's puzzle.

Fredbear Pizza Maker

Located in the same area as the Grand Prize Trophy, behind a locked door that players can open using the Creator's Permission upgrade.

Star Orphan Night Light

Inside David's Tent in the secret Story Teller area. Requires players to restore Big Top's Showroom power for the fourth time, play the ball toss game halfway, and then enter through the clown's mouth to access a secret door behind it.

Foxy Pirate Plush

Inside the Story Teller area as well. Instead of heading inside the office doors that lead to David's Tent, take a left and follow the path to a door that requires creator permission. The gift box will be located inside.

Ranger Army Knife

Towards the right of the Sharpy Plushie, behind a locked door that will require the creator permission.

Lil Sewing Kit

Head through the main hallway until you come across a locked door with a keypad, to the right of the workshop shutter. Enter the code 26294, and move through the winding hallway inside until you unlock a door using the creator permission. The giftbox will be lying on the table.

Fredbear Singing Record

It is located inside the Theatre's stage control area. Players can access this area after going into the Theatre's shutters inside the main hallway, right at the back of where they'll find the Sharpy Plushy.

Fall Fest Ticket Book

On your way to the theater sequence, you'll need to operate a crane to make a pathway to reach the bridge levers. Once the bridge is down, return to the puzzle from the other side and reposition the platforms to make a pathway to the gift box.

Toy Hammer

After completing the theater sequence, players can re-enter the area by using the Theatre's stage controls section, which requires admin permission. The gift box is sitting atop an animatronic's suit, behind the rubble.

Junior Doctor's Kit

After entering the Loading Bay, reposition the parade floats to make a pathway to the gift box on the left.

Pet Fish Net

While making your way to the admin wing, you'll come across a hallway with several shutters leading to various areas. Open up the showroom's shutter, and you'll arrive at the welcome showroom's catwalk with a hanging animatronic. Grab the collectible here.

Rainy Day Boot

Right before entering the Admin Wing shutter, turn around and head towards an unmarked shutter that will open up automatically, revealing a hidden shooting gallery mini-game. You'll need to have a ball gun stored in the inventory to retrieve it here and complete the game to earn the collectible.

Birthday Cake

Inside the Admin Wing conference room. Use the code 01350 to go inside and retrieve the collectible.

Swing Bee Honey Bottle

Cut through the Birthday Showroom and use the 4782 door code to arrive in the room where Jackie's box was initially. There's a secret area behind her box. This area has the Mimic and a locked door, which can be opened by using the 0434 code on the keypad.

David's Toy Ball

Complete the secret boss encounter with the Moon Animatronic in the Retail Showroom basement (located to the left of the training cassette box behind the Welcome Showroom). You'll need executive permission to access the area.

(David) Blocks

After completing the Warehouse puzzle, return to the area, and the bus ride will be activated. Use it to reach the catwalk above the warehouse and complete the ball toss game halfway to enter a vent behind it, and retrieve the collectible.

Vacuum Pet

Inside one of the rooms on the second floor of Edwin's house. The area is only accessible if players choose to run the Parachute.exe program towards the end of the game.
