All Hunter Masks in Division 2: Battle for Brooklyn DLC

Cipher

Find the building with alphabets over its windows in Dumbo, near the Brooklyn Bridge. You need to shoot the letters to make the word, "ROBOTO."

Lumen

Find the interactable shutter in the Brooklyn Heights area, underneath the Brooklyn Bridge (at night). Interact with the switch inside and follow the trail of black light graffiti until you reach the area with the hunter.

Merry

Complete seven parts of a wooden horse, scattered around the map. Assemble the parts at the carousel near the waterfront to spawn the hunter.

Redtail

You'll need to interact with and disable nine different antennas scattered around the Brooklyn map. After that, locate the hunter's underground lair in Dumbo. Deactivate the system and return outside to spawn the hunter.

Tracker

Head to the building in Dumbo near the control point and walk in a zigzag motion to the end of the room and pull the rise lever. Doing this correctly will spawn the hunter.

Craver

Interact with four gas cylinders across the Brooklyn map. Once you've collected them all, head to the Brooklyn Heights waterfront and interact with the pile of cylinders on the boat to spawn the hunter.

Conqueror

Detonate seven stuffed animals across the Brooklyn map. Later, head to the Brooklyn Heights area on Furman Street to find a stuffed monkey with all the toys beside it. Interact with it to spawn the hunter.

Necronos

You'll first need to do all the previous hunter riddles before attempting this one. Once you've got all the hunters, head to Dumbo and find the Division 1 location to the west of the Brooklyn safe house. Interact with the whiteboard inside and head to the roof to fight the hunter.
