As March has ended and April has begun, the first holiday event in Animal Crossing: New Horizons has also begun. This event is Bunny Day, which consists of an island-wide egg hunt from April 1st to April 12th. The Bunny Day event is hosted by the mysterious Zipper T. Bunny, who can be found wandering players' islands during the event's duration.

With this event, there are 28 new DIY recipes that can be only obtained during it. 12 of these recipes can be received via gathering the various eggs hidden throughout the island, but others need to be searched for directly.
