An Animal Crossing player has built model versions of Nook's Cranny and Able Sisters shops. The creations are extremely detailed and true to their in-game versions, impressing fellow players.
Game fans are always coming up with ways to share their appreciation for the titles that they play, and creating real-world model versions is one of the ways that some players do it. Building miniatures and models requires dedication, focus, and a deft hand, and it seems this particular Animal Crossing player has an abundance of those skills.
Animal Crossing Player Finds Long Lost Item After 10 Years
An Animal Crossing: New Horizons player finds a long-lost cosmetic item after anticipating it for 10 years across two different games.
Animal Crossing fan Amazing-Ear-151 shared their builds with other players on the site, and they're genuinely remarkable. Both of the shops have been made with incredible attention to detail. Nook's Cranny features the sell box and signboard in front of the store, while the building itself is perfectly remade, down to the streamers over the door. Able Sisters' shop received the same level of polish. The two recreations have extremely realistic looking wood walls, steps, and even the windows of the stores are filled with tantalizing shop items, like a fan would expect to see in the game itself.
How the Animal Crossing Miniatures Were Built
Amazing-Ear-151 has had an outpouring of support and enthusiasm from fellow players. The majority of them have found these recreations to be incredibly cute, but also surprisingly detailed. Fans asked about how they were made, and for more specifics about the two buildings. The OP responded by revealing that the Nook's Cranny and Able Sisters buildings measure about 24x17x15cm, and are primarily made out of mount board and cardstock. Surprisingly, Amazing-Ear-151 estimates that the two shops only took a couple of weeks each from the planning stage to completion.
One Animal Crossing fan praised the build, while suggesting that this player's talents are so impressive that they could build an entire Animal Crossing town. While that would likely take them a very long time, it's not hard to imagine how the entire town would look when recreated this well. Whether Amazing-Ear-151 actually does that is unknown, but the fan has created models based on other games as well, so there's always a chance that they could do more from Animal Crossing, at the very least.
It's clear that Animal Crossing holds a special place in many players' minds and hearts, even though it's been a long time since New Horizons launched. It remains to be seen when the series will get a new entry. However, development of Splatoon 3 seems to be winding down, which may free up the development team of both games to focus on the cozy life sim series.
