Animal Well: Achievement and Trophy Guide

Excluding the Platinum Trophy on PlayStation, there are 20 Trophies and Achievements in Animal Well. Most players will probably acquire around half of these as part of their first playthrough, with the rest generally being unlocked after the end credits have finished rolling.

How to Get Every Item in Animal Well

Players won't need to find every item in Animal Well to complete the main story, though doing so can definitely make life a lot easier.

Unlocking every Trophy / Achievement in Animal Well will take somewhere in the region of fifteen hours. One of them is missable, although players will be able to get SNEAK very early on after starting a new game, so needn't worry too much if they do fail to unlock it the first time around.

How to Unlock Every Trophy and Achievement in Animal Well

EXPLORER	Find the map	Players can find the map in a chest in the area beneath the four animal statues.
SECRET EGG	Find a secret egg	Unlocked after finding one of Animal Well's secret eggs.
EGG ENJOYER	Find 8 secret eggs	Unlocked after finding eight of Animal Well's secret eggs.
EGG HOBBYIST	Find 16 secret eggs	Unlocked after finding 16 of Animal Well's secret eggs.
EGG LORD	Find 32 secret eggs	Unlocked after finding 32 of Animal Well's secret eggs.
EGG WELL	Find all secret eggs	Unlocked after finding all of Animal Well's secret eggs.
SECRET RABBIT	Find a secret rabbit	There are 16 secret rabbits in Animal Well, though players will only need to find one of them to unlock the SECRET RABBIT Trophy / Achievement. Secret Bunny #12 is arguably the easiest to find, as players can do so simply by sitting idle and then touching the bunny in the bubble once the playable character starts dreaming about rabbits.
CHAMELEON	Find the V. Flame	Players will be able to get the V. Flame after beating the Chameleon boss.
GHOST	Find the P. Flame	Players will be able to get the P. Flame after beating the Ghost boss.
SEAHORSE	Find the B. Flame	Players will be able to get the B. Flame after beating the Seahorse boss.
OSTRICH	Find the G. Flame	Players will be able to get the G. Flame after beating the Ostrich boss.
CANDLE BRIGHT	Light all candles	There are nine candles in Animal Well, which players can light using the matches they find scattered throughout the map.
MANTICORE	Release the Manticore	Players will unlock MANTICORE after beating the final boss.
SNEAK	Sneak up on a squirrel	This is the only missable Trophy / Achievement in Animal Well. However, players will be able to unlock SNEAK within a few minutes of starting a new game. To do so, they'll need to sneak up on a squirrel and steal its nut.
GOOD ENDING	Get crushed by a chinchilla	To get crushed by a chinchilla, players should find a ledge with a chinchilla on it and then stand directly beneath the edge of the ledge. Throwing a Firecracker will cause the chinchilla to panic, which should result in it running off the ledge and crushing the playable character.
BACK AND FORTH FOREVER	Find a new way to get around	After finding the Disc, players can bounce it off a wall and then jump on it to unlock the BACK AND FORTH FOREVER Trophy / Achievement.
BUBBLE ECSTASY	Pop 1000 bubbles	After finding the Bubble Wand, players can use it to create bubbles. Popping one thousand of these will unlock the BUBBLE ECSTASY Trophy / Achievement.
TRAVEL FLUTE	Find a new way to get around	After they've found eight secret eggs, players can head to the egg room to get their hands on the Animal Flute. After doing so, they can play any one of Animal Well's warp songs to unlock TRAVEL FLUTE.
WALK THE DOG	Find a new way to get around	After finding the Yoyo, players can use it to guide chinchillas. To unlock WALK THE DOG, they'll need to hop onto the back of a chinchilla and then throw the Yoyo out in front of them so that the chinchilla begins to walk.
EXIT	Leave the well	Players will unlock the EXIT Trophy / Achievement after experiencing the true ending of Animal Well for the first time.
