A First Foothold is one of the early quests in ARC Raiders that players will be given by Apollo. The quest will require you to stabilize the observation deck, enable the comms terminal, rotate the satellite dishes, and nail down the roof plates on the raider structure. To perform these actions, players will need to travel to The Blue Gate map and head to four different locations. Stabilize the Observation Deck Location in ARC Raiders (A First Foothold)
The first objective in A First Foothold quest is to stabilize the Observation Deck near the Ridgeline in ARC Raiders. To do this, you'll need to head to the Ridgeline area in The Blue Gate map, which is located on the eastern side, just below the Abandoned Housing Project.

Once you arrive at the area marked on the map above, you'll spot a damaged observation deck with metal plates sliding off it. Interact with one of the points of action to start repairing the observation deck. Once it's completed, you can move to the next objective.
Enable the Comms Terminal Location in ARC Raiders (A First Foothold)
The next objective in ARC Raider's A First Foothold quest is to enable the comms terminal near the Olive Grove. To do this, you'll need to walk southwest of the Ridgeline area to the location marked on the map above.

Once you reach the location, you'll spot a yellow terminal on a makeshift platform. Turn on the terminal to start restoring comms, and you'll successfully complete the second objective of the quest.
Rotate the Satellite Dishes Location in ARC Raiders (A First Foothold)
The third objective in A First Foothold quest of ARC Raiders will require players to rotate the satellite dishes on the church roof, north of the data vault. For that, you'll need to go to the northernmost area of The Blue Gate map, just above the Data Vault area.

Once you arrive at the area, you'll spot an abandoned church with construction equipment scattered around it. Use the platform on the sides to climb up to the Church's roof and interact with the satellite dish to calibrate it and complete the objective.
Nail Down the Roof Plates on the Raider Structure Location in ARC Raiders (A First Foothold)
The final objective of A First Foothold quest in ARC Raiders will take players near the Raider's Refuge. You'll need to nail down the roof plates on the raider structure near Trapper's Glade.

After arriving at the area, you'll find a broken structure with a red and green flag hoisted on top. Climb the structure and interact with the roof to repair it. Once you complete this objective, A First Foothold quest will be marked as completed. Now, simply extract safely to receive the following rewards for completing the quest for Apollo.
