ARC Raiders: Back On Top Quest Guide (All Mark Locations)

The Back on Top quest in ARC Raiders is given by Tian Wen, who's working with Shani to scope out new locations for raider outposts topside. The goal is to visit said locations on the Dam Battlegrounds, Buried City, Spaceport, and The Blue Gate maps and mark the landmarks hinted at in quest objectives. While some landmarks are easier to figure out than others, this guide will help you mark all the landmarks and complete the ARC Raiders' Back on Top quest in no time.

Mark the Pattern House on Dam Battlegrounds in ARC Raiders (Back on Top)

Back on Top Quest ARC Raiders Pattern House Location

The first objective of Back on Top in ARC Raiders requires players to mark the Pattern House building on the Dam Battlegrounds map. The Pattern House building is located in the northernmost section of the map, northwest of the Power Generation complex. Unless you spawn in the area, you'll need to travel quite a bit to reach the location.

Once you arrive at the location, you'll spot a large grey building with yellow, cryptic symbols. Simply head up to the building, and you'll be able to mark the exterior walls with the raider symbols. Players can mark any of the available locations, whether at the front of the building or the back.

The second objective for the Back on Top quest will take players to The Blue Gate map, where they'll need to locate and mark a white lookout tower south of the Warehouse Complex in ARC Raiders. The Warehouse Complex can be found just northeast of the Checkpoint area, and it's often filled with raiders trying to loot resources.

It's recommended to tread carefully in the area as it's the spawn point for the Matriarch, if the dynamic event is active.

Keep heading south of the Warehouse Complex area, and you'll start going downhill a bit. You'll spot a white lookout tower at the map location marked in the image above, and it'll have multiple points that you can spray paint. Once you're done, simply extract from the area and head to the next objective.

The next objective for the Back on Top quest in ARC Raiders will require players to visit the South Trench Tower on the Spaceport map. It can be found in the northern section of the Spaceport, between the West and East hangars. It's a relatively safe area, as only raiders who have the keys to the towers will come here. However, you might need to travel quite a bit depending on where you spawn in the match.

After arriving at the area, players can simply mark the wall right next to the stairs in the South Trench Tower. Doing so will complete the third objective, and now you can extract from the Spaceport map and proceed to the final one.

The final objective of the Back on Top quests in ARC Raiders will take players to the Buried City map, where they'll need to locate a building with a Mural in the Buried Properties area. The area is located in the easternmost part of the Buried City map, which is a safe place that's away from all the PvP action (unless you run into a player that spawned in the same area).

Once players arrive at the location marked on the map above, they'll come across a wall with a rusted billboard on top. Approach the wall, and you'll see the option to mark it, which will complete the final objective of the quest.

Tips for Completing Back on Top Quest Safely & Quickly in ARC Raiders

Safe Loadout Recommendation for Back on Top Quest ARC Raiders

Back on Top quest will require players to visit some of the more dangerous locations across four different maps in ARC Raiders. Taking your own gear out on the field can put you at risk of losing it either after encountering a hostile raider or an ambush by ARC machines.

To quickly reach these locations and avoid risking your own gear while trying to do so, make sure to enter all the matches with no equipment and a stack of Adrenaline Shots in your Safe Pocket. Check out the locations marked on each map in the guide above, and verify whether you've spawned close by.

If you've spawned far away from the objective location, simply hit "Surrender" to return to Speranza and try again (you won't lose the Adrenaline Shots). If you're nearby, you can head to the location and use Adrenaline Shots one at a time while keeping the rest in Safe Pocket to avoid running out of stamina on the way.

This will ensure that you reach all the objective locations quickly and avoid the risk of losing your personal gear while completing the Back on Top quest in ARC Raiders.

Completing Back on Top in ARC Raiders will grant players a Renegade I weapon, Stable Stock III, and 80x Medium Ammo as quest rewards.
