There are several items in ARC Raiders, such as the Candle Holder, that players will either sell or recycle as soon as they obtain them. While that's definitely the intended use for them, you may eventually need to donate said items during a special event. The Candle Holder is one of the items required for stage 2 of the Flickering Flames event, and here's how you can easily get it in ARC Raiders.

How to Get Candle Holders in ARC Raiders (Location)
Candle Holder is a residential-type loot, which is why players have the best chance of finding them in abandoned houses and apartments in ARC Raiders. One of the best locations to find Candle Holders is the Pale Apartments and Ruby Residence on the Dam Battlegrounds map.
Located on the northwestern corner of the map, both the Pale Apartments and Ruby Residence are large apartment complexes with multiple-storied buildings. Players can venture into them to find abandoned apartments with drawers, cabinets, refrigerators, and suitcases to loot.
However, it's often visited by other raiders, so it's a good idea to use the "Don't Shoot" emote before entering to alert any friendly raiders nearby (if you're not into PvP).
There's a high chance that you may find one or two Candle Holders on your first run when visiting the buildings in either the Ruby Residence or the Pale Apartments. Just make sure to search for all lootable objects and leave no stone unturned.
While there are other locations like the Pattern House or the Grandioso Apartments on the Buried City map, the Ruby and Pale Apartments have consistently spawned the Candle Holders for me on every run in ARC Raiders.
If you're heading into these locations without a free loadout, make sure to stash the Candle Holders inside your safe pocket, so you can guarantee these extract safely back to Speranza, even if your raider doesn't.
Once you have three Candle Holders, simply donate them to the Decorations tab in the Flickering Flames event. You'll receive a blueprint for the Red Light Stick as a reward for donating 3x Candle Holders in ARC Raiders. While this blueprint isn't much, it'll help you complete your blueprint collection, or you can sell it for 5,000 coins.
