To retrieve the first journal in Celeste's Journals quest in ARC Raiders, players must head to the South Swamp Outpost to the west of the Water Treatment Control building in the Dam Battlegrounds map. It's best to pick up any Adrenaline Shots along the way to make managing stamina during the trek easier.

Celeste's Journals Quest ARC Raiders South Swamp Outpost

You'll come across a decrepit building with a rusted doorway and a dome-like structure on top of it. Make sure to listen for any enemy raiders in the area, as there are multiple spawns nearby.

Once you head inside the building, look to the sides to spot a bedroll with a journal sitting on top. Interact with the quest indicator to start searching, and you'll be able to pick up the first of Celeste's Journal from the South Swamp Outpost in ARC Raiders.

Locating the Northern Outpost overlooking the Red Lakes is a bit tricky, as its name is mentioned as Raider Outpost East on the Dam Battleground's Map in ARC Raiders. If you've spawn in the southern areas, make sure to follow the outskirts of the map to reach the location.

Celeste's Journals Quest ARC Raiders Northern Outpost Overlooking Red Lakes

Once you near the area, you'll spot the Raider Outpost East, which is sitting atop a cliff that has a surprisingly great view of the Red Lakes. Take one of the rocky pathways on the sides leading up the hill to reach the Northern Outpost.

Once inside, you'll find a similar interior to the South Swamp Outpost. So, simply look for a bedroll inside and interact with the Journal. After retrieving Celeste's Journal from the Northern Outpost overlooking the Red Lakes, head for a nearby extraction.

Celeste's Journals Quest Complete ARC Raiders

If you've retrieved both journals in one run, Celeste's Journals quest will be marked as complete, and players will receive 1x Magnetic Acceleration, 1x Exodus Modules, and 3x Heavy Gun Parts as a reward.

The Celeste's Journals quest can become bugged if your raider extracts from the map with just one journal in the backpack. You can take the following actions to fix the quest bug.

Visit Dam Battlegrounds again
Drop the journal from your inventory
Visit the two locations again and redo the search to update the quests properly.
Extract from Dam Battlegrounds with both journals in your backpack.

This will fix Celeste's Journals quest bug in ARC Raiders and will let you progress to the subsequent quests.
