Raider Hatches are a secure way out of the dangerous surface for those who know how and where to find them. ARC Raiders players should know that this is the safest method to extract with all their loot, but for that, they will need the Raider Hatch Key.

This consumable can be a little bit tricky to find, but once players have one of these in their Secure Pockets, it's like having a free pass out of the battle zone riddled with campers and dangerous ARC enemies. Here's how to find and use Raider Hatch Keys in ARC Raiders.

Where to Find & How to Use Raider Hatch Keys in ARC Raiders

Raider Hatch Keys can be purchased from Shani (Security) at Speranza for 9000 coins, once players reach Level 12, or can be found in Raider Stashes spread across the maps. Of course, players can also kill rival Raiders and steal them from their corpses, if they don't have them in their Secure Pockets.

The other option is to craft them using the Workbench's Utility Station for 50 Plastic Parts and 6 ARC Alloy. Plastic can be found in the surface maps or by salvaging components, while ARC Alloy can be obtained by salvaging ARC Motion Cores.

ARC Raiders players can get better results in their matches by following these basic Beginner Tips.

Raiders will learn how to use these valuable items naturally by completing the Hatch Repairs Quest for Shani, but in case they don't know how, here's the gist of it:

  1. Opening the map will usually mark extraction Points, but some are marked with a down arrow.
  2. These spots are Raider Hatches, and activating them will not alert other players.
  3. Interact with the Hatch while having a Raider Hatch Key to safely extract from the Mission.

Players will notice that this method of extraction grants a little bit less bonus experience than the Elevator, and at the same time, consumes 1x Raider Hatch Key. If players have the right Skills, they will be able to take full advantage of this extraction method.

Raider Hatches cannot be used while the players are in the downed condition, and only those with Hatch Keys can make use of this extraction method.
