ARC Raiders: How to Prevent Item Loss on Death (Safe Pocket Guide)
There's a way for players to save some of their items on death in ARC Raiders, here's how to use the Safe Pockets & how to increase them.
How To Upgrade The Workbench In ARC Raiders
To upgrade the Workbench, you need to understand how the Workshop works in ARC Raiders. First, unlock the Workbench, where you can craft basic gear, like weapons, ammo, and armor. These items should be enough to get the character ready for the next run. After that, to get better gear and items, unlock extra benches, each with its own specialty. Here's a list of all the benches and what they do:
|
Bench |
Function |
|---|---|
|
Workbench |
Craft basic gear. |
|
Gear Bench |
Craft basic and advanced armor and augments. |
|
Gunsmith |
Craft and upgrade weapons and their modifications. |
|
Utility Station |
Craft utility quick-use items. |
|
Medical Lab |
Craft healing items and shield rechargers. |
|
Refiner |
Craft advanced materials. |
|
Explosive Station |
Craft grenades. |
To upgrade the Workbench in ARC Raiders, head to the crafting stations' Level Up tab at the top of the screen. There, you can check the requirements needed to upgrade the bench. You can also track the resources, which will put an eye icon on these items when you come across them during a raid.
As a tip in ARC Raiders, when searching for specific resources, you can read where to find them at the bottom of their item tooltip. There, you can find the same tags you see underneath landmarks' descriptions. If both the item and the landmark have the same tag, the item will have a bigger chance of appearing there when looting. For example, if you're looking for lemons in ARC Raiders, you can check landmarks with the Nature tag.
Once you collect all the resources, you can head back to the target bench and enter the level-up page to upgrade it. Upgrading the benches will unlock more things to craft. Even if you get Blueprints for items early, you still need to wait until you upgrade your workbench to the required level before you can craft them.
