With how life-threatening every raid can be in ARC Raiders, improving your relations with Lance in Speranza's clinic is probably a good idea. You'll need all the supplies you can get, and much like the other vendors in town, he's got quite a few quests for you to do in exchange for health-related items and other resources. Prescriptions of the Past is one of Lance's quests in ARC Raiders — it's set in the Spaceport, and while it's just a simple scavenger hunt, players likely won't know where to go or what to look out for.

Where to Get Spaceport Medical Records in ARC Raiders
For this quest, you'll need to go and visit the Departure Building, one of the high-value areas at the Spaceport. It's near the middle of the map, which means you'll have to risk exposing yourself to some big ARCs and possibly, sneaky players who are itching to snipe your head off from one of the surrounding buildings, though the same can be said when you're doing any of the other ARC Raiders quests..
Once you do make it to the Departure Building, you'll need to find the medical room. You can easily reach it by going to the Departure Building's north entrance and taking the stairs to the second floor, then going left. Next to the balcony is one of the entrances to the medical room; keep an eye out for the white cross logo on the wall.
After reaching the medical room, you'll then need to look for medical records somewhere inside. These are just a pile of documents that can be randomly found on any of the big, flat tables and surfaces across the medical room. Look for office desks, like the one in the reception area, and check if any prompts appear.
Interacting with the medical records should mark the end of the most confusing part of ARC Raiders' Prescriptions of the Past quest. If you don't have anything else to do in the Spaceport, then find the nearest exit and head back home. You might want to loot the Departure Building some more, though, since high-value areas tend to have great items (including keys for locked rooms in other maps).
Prescriptions of the Past Quest Rewards
Completing this quest for Lance nets you a whopping 25,000 XP as well as a Spaceport Container Storage Key. The former is great for your overall account progress, but as for the latter, it's completely useless unless you can take it with you on another Spaceport raid. You can use this key at the Container Storage POI — once you get there, follow the stairs to the top floor and look around for a locked door.
