With a View is one of the new quests added in the Headwinds update for ARC Raiders. Shani is the quest giver, who'll ask players to find a Rotary Encoder and activate a server switch in Stella Montis. Once that's done, players will need to search a bit to find an Ion Sputter to bring back for Shani. Since you don't need to do all the objectives in a single round, it'll make completing the With a View quest a lot easier.

How to Get a Rotary Encoder in ARC Raiders (With a View Quest)

With a View quest in ARC Raiders has different sets of objectives that can be divided into two parts. The first thing players will need to do is to find a Rotary Encoder, which is an exodus-type item that can be mainly found in Medical Research, Business Center, and Assembly Workshops.

When visiting one of the areas mentioned above, make sure to look inside the white drawers, cabinets, and tool table drawers that are present inside these locations. It's a rare item, so you won't have much trouble finding a Rotary Encoder in a single run.

Make sure to quickly store it inside your Safe Pocket when you find it.

Control Room Location Near Assembly Line in ARC Raiders (With a View Quest)

Server Switch Location With a View ARC Raiders

Once you've finally found a Rotary Encoder, With a View quest objective will require you to visit any of the control rooms near the assembly line. Head to the location marked on the map above, which will take you to one of the control rooms in the center of the Assembly area.

Activating Server Switch With a View ARC Raiders

Head to the top of the control room and interact with the yellow switch to the left of the windows while having the Rotary Encoder in your inventory.

Now that you've activated the main console, hit the button on it to activate the server switch and complete the first part of the With a View quest in ARC Raiders.

How to Get the Ion Sputter in ARC Raiders (With a View Quest)

Once you've completed the first set of objectives, the final objective for the With a View quest in ARC Raiders will require players to find an Ion Sputter for Shani. One of the best locations to get your hands on an Epic-rarity Ion Sputter is in the Assembly and Assembly Workshops areas of Stella Montis.

This area will be filled with other raiders; whether they're hostile or friendly will depend on the kind of lobby you're in. If the area is unlooted by the time you reach here, prioritize searching inside the white, yellow, and red tool table drawers that are present both inside and outside the rooms in Assembly and Assembly Workshops.

It's also recommended to check both floors of the nearby offices in the Assembly Workshops area for a chance to get your hands on an Ion Sputter. To increase your odds of finding one, try queuing in for a Stella Montis Night Raid. However, it'll also increase the risk of running into hostile raiders.

Once you find an Ion Sputter, extract back to Speranza and turn in the item to Shani. Players will receive 5x Steel Springs, 5x Wires, and a Tactical MK.2 augment as rewards for completing the With a View quest in ARC Raiders.
