Dr. Krieger has been a fan favorite character on the beloved animated adult comedy, Archer. Dr. Krieger has been involved in 13 seasons of Archer, and each episode he is involved in features a great moment to remember for the show. Krieger has some hilarious quotes from the show, even if some are questionable, vulgar, or otherwise horrible.

Considering that Dr. Krieger is the leading scientist for the agency that the famed characters of Archer work for, he has been the subject of many questions. From creating horrifying monsters to even his anime hologram wife. There’s good reason Krieger is so beloved in the Archer fandom.

10 “Tampons?! Well, I… Don’t Know What That Is.”

The hilarity from this line comes from the fact that a supposed doctor doesn’t even know what a tampon is. It’s so abrupt, and in the distance of an episode whilst everyone is talking over one another, that audiences can’t help but laugh at his quiet confession.

For someone so intelligent that he can create his wife out of a hologram, as well as deadly inventions for the agency, he does not know a part of a woman’s anatomy. It’s one of many examples of Krieger’s ridiculousness and seeming lack of awareness outside his lab and inventions.

9 “Stop. My Penis Can Only Get So Erect.”

Fans or otherwise of Archer may have seen this quote outside the fandom. It’s usually used in memes depicting silly situations, with Krieger saying “My penis can only get so erect.” It’s one of the many crude and inappropriate lines of this adult comedy.

Krieger seems to be rather obsessive with his sexual organ and seems to state proudly that whatever he has been told prior by Sterling Archer, has given him a level of arousal that is essentially impossible to overcome.

8 “I Love That I Have An Erection, That Didn’t Involve Homeless People.”

This quote makes audiences truly question what they just heard. The line itself is just a generic line expected of someone aroused, but the last five words make whoever is watching Archer truly burst out laughing at the ridiculous notion that Krieger cannot get things going unless he is watching homeless people.

It just goes to show how weird Krieger truly is, and that perhaps the character should reside in his lab without anyone getting in his way. Especially homeless people.

7 “That’s Why We… I Mean They, Lost The War.”

Throughout the seasons of Archer, it’s been a running joke that Krieger may or may not be a Nazi. One of the more eyebrow-raising moments is when Krieger was responding to the Germans during WW2 and states “That’s why we… I mean they, lost the way.”

Through Krieger saying “we”, he is confirming that he is a Nazi. It’s completely questionable, considering there was a huge story arc in which people didn’t know whether or not Krieger was a clone of Adolf Hitler.

6 “I Call Him Fisto-Roboto.”

The delivery of this line in itself is hilarious, as either the actor or the character cannot seem to say it without laughing. The idea alone for a robot is bizarre, and the fact that Krieger states that the robot is learning is creepy and sinister, especially when one realizes the purpose of a robot called “Fisto-Roboto”.

Krieger seems all too proud of his invention and boasts of what it can do, and of its creation. Krieger seems to put his intellect and focus into the strangest and funniest things, whether it is intentional or not.

5 “I’m Not A… Serial Killer.”

Krieger seems to have a very odd way of defending himself against accusations. When questioned about being a serial killer, he puts a weird emphasis on the word “serial”, indicating that he is indeed a killer, but of what variety, only he and his victims know of.

Maybe one-day audiences will see the lengths that Krieger will go to when he is alone, but for now, audiences can just enjoy the somewhat psychotic scientist and inventor, dabbling in bizarre situations with his friends and co-workers on a day to day.

4 “Your Authority Is Not Recognized In Fort Kick-Ass.”

Krieger’s standards are rather high, especially when he is given a bunch of boxes. Krieger creates Fort Kick-Ass, and to the annoyance of many, remains its sole occupier. It’s a small square made from boxes that Krieger does not leave, and he truly bows to no one in this kingdom.

It’s one of the many moments when Krieger truly acts like a child, showing how warped he was from their youth. Audiences might feel bad for Krieger considering he may have been a clone of Adolf Hitler.

3 “That’ll Do Pigly, That’ll Do.”

In one of the many cutaways involving Krieger, audiences get to see him try and dismiss the idea that he has experimented on pigs to create “pig boys”. This cutaway sees him battling the very thing he said he doesn’t have, a mutated pig just off-screen called “Pigly”.

It’s a brilliant line, as Krieger pulls out a pistol to put Pigly out of its misery, and also to stop any further injuries upon Krieger’s person. It’s another bizarre moment in the life of Krieger, and a great quote from Archer.

2 “I’m Into Something Much… Darker.”

Sticking with the themes of Krieger’s strange interests, his fixation with homeless people has somehow gotten worse since the first episode he was introduced. Krieger states with a laughably sinister tone that he is into worse things than originally thought.

The line comes in response to Sterling Archer asking if Krieger still tapes bum fights, with Krieger stating that he doesn’t. Before audiences can enjoy a new leaf from Krieger leaving homeless people alone, they find out that he is into something far darker.

1 “Me Too!”

A reoccurring theme seems to be the distant shouting of Krieger, who will proudly proclaim “me too!” To the weirdest of things. If a character mentions a baby with a full diaper, Krieger can be heard off-screen, and in the distance, shouting “me too!”, and that’s not even the weirdest one he said that for.

It’s funny every time Krieger shouts out those two words. It’s often gross, out of context, and entirely stupid. All things that encapsulate Krieger to a T.
