Outposts represent small bands of civilization across Talos-II, and in Arknights Endfield, they serve as valuable sources of Stock Bills, which players need for various upgrades. Players can build smaller production lines around these bases too, so if you ever need more space for more manufacturing equipment, these should give you enough room to work with.
There are multiple Outposts in Endfield, and while the first one is practically impossible to miss, the others are ever-so-slightly more missable. Here are the Outposts we've found in the game so far.

What are Outposts For?
As mentioned earlier, Outposts serve as miniature factory building areas as well as Stock Bill sources. You can sell any excess materials you produce in your main PAC to earn Stock Bills, which you'll need to craft Gear, buy PAC upgrades, and more.
Outposts are great places to build small production lines on, such as ones for plants or the many different kinds of components like Origocrusts, Amethyst Parts, and Ferrium. By unlocking all Outposts in a region, you'll be able to maximize the building space in your main PAC while maintaining overall production efficiency.
Leveling Up Outposts
Whenever you trade with Outposts, they gain Outpost Prosperity, and once they get enough, they'll level up. Higher-level Outposts have a higher Stock Bill cap, allowing you to trade more items with them. You'll need to finish Outpost quests first before you can level them up, though.
Regional Development
Leveling up Outposts contributes to the overall development of the region you're in. Higher Regional Development metrics grants you a variety of perks, including:
- Better ore purity
- Higher Regional Stock Bill caps
- Higher zipline cap
- Higher combat facility placement caps
Hitting Regional Development milestones also gives you a bunch of bonus rewards, including Headhunting Permits and Oroberyls, which can both be used to spend on Endfield's gacha.
