To get Ash of War: The Poison Flower Blooms Twice in the Elden Ring DLC, you must reach Ancient Ruins of Ruah, which can be accessed through Moorth Ruins. From the Ruins, you have to travel northeast through the cave and follow the path until you reach the Ancient Ruin Base Site of Grace. From here, head west on your Torrent to reach the Temple Town Ruins and interact with the Grace near it.

The next step will be to go north to reach Ravine North Site of Grace, from where you will be heading southwest, and jump to the area above to find a Scarab lying in the middle of a few trees. Kill it, and it will drop the Ash of War for you to collect.
