The game's many criminal organizations. As Naoe and Yasuke uncover the plot that is gripping Japan, you'll gain more information about these organizations, and the targets that make them up. One such organization – Genzaburo's Soldiers – is made up of former followers of the Ox. In this guide, we'll tell you how to start the quest, and where to find all of Genzaburo's Soldiers in Assassin's Creed Shadows.

How to Start Fallen Soldiers in AC Shadows

While "Fallen Soldiers" is available immediately after defeating the Ox, the first target on the list is level 43, making it extremely difficult to complete while under-leveled. It appears AC Shadows considers you to be prepared when you are 3–4 levels below the target level.

Defeat the Ox:

After completing the mission to defeat the Ox, you'll immediately be notified of a new mission from Koshiro, the Ronin who helped you infiltrate Miki Castle to defeat Bessho Harumasa. This mission, titled "Fallen Soldiers," is based around locating Koshiro's former soldiers, who are now following Genzaburo.

On the Objectives Board, you'll find the list of targets under "Genzaburo's Soldiers," which is located on the right side of the Shinbakufu wheel.

To start "Fallen Soldiers," head to the Kakemura Valley province or Harima. You'll find Koshiro at the Kirokaiji Temple. Speak to him to unlock the full list of all five Genzaburo's Students in AC Shadows.

Where to Find Genzaburo's Soldiers in Assassin's Creed Shadows

Genazburo's Students:

The Scout will be the only soldier available when you first unlock "Fallen Soldiers." You'll get information on the next target when you kill him, and the rest of the targets will follow that pattern.

The Scout	Genzaburo's Scout is located in The Silver Lands province of Tamba. If you have the Tada Kakurega unlocked, it's a short trip from there to the Scout's location. Looking at the map, you'll see several pools of water just south of the Silver Lands title. The Scout is in the pond just east of the Maruyama Shitsugen. The Swordsman	Genzaburo's Swordsman is located at Nagusano Falls, which is actually in Mount Kasagata. It is located west of Mitsunodo Hall in Engjyoji, which is where the notes say he is located. If you head west down the hill from Mitsunodo Hall, you'll end up at the falls. The Swordsman is on a red bridge that crosses the river. The Teppo Expert	After investigating the murder scene, you'll find that Genzaburo's Teppo Expert is found at the Kaya Shrine in west Mount Kasagata, Harima. He is sitting on the ground behind the shrine, cleaning his teppo. We encountered several bandits at the shrine as well, so be prepared to fight. The Poisoner	The Poisoner is located within the grounds of Osaka Castle, in Nishinomaru Garden. She is performing on the Biwa, leaving her open to an assassination that removes a large chunk of her health. Make sure you use the crack in the wall to reach her. Genzaburo	After returning to speak to Koshiro, you'll be able to find Genzaburo at Zuiganji Temple in Himeji, Harima. Remember that only Naoe will be able to speak to both Koshiro and Genzaburo, meaning only she can take part in the final fight. Final Rewards:

After completing all five targets in "Fallen Soldiers," you'll receive the following rewards:

Sweep the Leg Upgrade - This is the final upgrade to the Lightning Kicks ability chain found in Naoe's Assassin skill tree.
Defensive Breach Upgrade - This is the final upgrade to the War Kick ability chain found in Yasuke's Samurai skill tree.
