How to Get the Myth Slayer Legendary Long Katana in AC Shadows

Unlike other legendary weapons, the Myth Slayer cannot be found in the open world or in legendary chests locked inside a castle. Instead, players will need to complete "The Wheel Unmasked" story quest in the Mourner questline (Shinbakufu) in Assassin's Creed Shadows. Only after confronting the final boss can players have this weapon in their grasp and unleash havoc on enemies.

At the start of the mission, players will be required to investigate a group of corrupt tax collectors near the Shiotsu Shine. Upon further investigation, players will find out about a ceremony that's being organized in Chikubushima where the Mourner will be present.

So, Yasuke and Naoe head to the location to infiltrate the ceremony and put an end to the Mourner. Without spoiling the mission's plot, players will discover the Mourner's true identity and will need to decide whether to eliminate or spare them. Regardless of your choice, you'll receive the Myth Slayer legendary long katana at the end of The Wheel Unmasked quest.
