Near the end of your time with Assassin's Creed Shadows, you may look at the bottom of the Objective Board and see one final Unknown Organization target circle. For most players, this will be the Yamabushi Imposters target circle, which remains unknown throughout the game if you do not find an easily-missable side-quest in Iga. Even if you do locate the side-quest, locating each target can still be quite challenging. In this guide, we'll tell you how to start the quest, and where to find all Yamabushi Imposters in Assassin's Creed Shadows.

Where to Find All Yamabushi Imposters in Assassin's Creed Shadows

How to Start "Yamabushi Imposters":

ACS-Genpaku-Yamabushi-Header

To begin "Yamabushi Imposters" in Assassin's Creed Shadows, you'll first need to complete Matsu's storyline in Iga. During that chain of quests, you'll meet a traveler who tells you of his brother, Genpaku, and introduces you to the fact that there are killers posing as Yamabushi monks. This will add Genpaku to the People of Yamato section, and reveal "Yamabushi Imposters." However, the target wheel will remain unknown until you speak to Genpaku, and begin the quest in earnest.

ACS-Yamabushi-Imposter-Genpaku-Start-Map

You can find Gekaku at the Path of Serenity Hidden Trail west of the Ominesanji Shrine and the Ominesanji Overlook Viewpoint. This location is found in Yoshino, Yamato.

All Yamabushi Imposter targets will reward you with 2000 XP and 2 Mastery Points.
