When wielding Skofnung, players receive increased ability damage each time they dodge, resulting in an easy-to-utilize and rewarding tactic of evading enemies and then hitting them with a special move. Naturally, it's recommended to use armor and weapon runes for extra ability damage if players want to benefit fully from Skofnung's unstoppable lust for battle.

36 Fenrir's Incisor

Raven Aligned, One-Handed Dagger

Crudely assembled from a giant, monstrous wolf's tooth and rough materials, Fenrir's Incisor is easily among the most striking and powerful daggers in all of AC Valhalla, with a distinct Viking edge and coming with a truly one-of-a-kind perk. Using special attacks with Fenrir's Incisor consumes 20% less Stamina, allowing players to quickly spam several potent moves in a row without slowing down, saving them from investing too many skill points into increased Stamina value or its reduced consumption.

With its naturally high critical hit chance, the weapon's signature perk adds +30 critical hit chance for 8 seconds after every kill. When paired with a strong investment in the critical damage stat, the Mōdraniht Ceremonial Seax becomes a lightning-fast, deadly weapon.

Unfortunately, the Mōdraniht Ceremonial Seax was only obtainable during limited-time in-game festival events, which are no longer available in Valhalla. However, some seasonal weapons occasionally appear in shops, so new players eager to add this blade to their arsenal should keep an eye on traders' inventories whenever possible.

Wolf Aligned, Light Shield

This shield was first secured as a prize by the warrior Soma of Grantebridge upon capturing the city from the hostile Earl Wigmund's forces. Blodwulf was soon given to Eivor as a gift — and a useful one at that. While it doesn't appear to be much on the surface, this shield holds the useful perk of igniting Eivor's weapon in flame following a parry.

This is a mechanic that is fairly simple to pull off, at least against weaker foes, so it can swiftly turn players into a fiery offensive threat. Its solid blocking and stunning abilities allow it to disrupt enemy attacks effectively and often. While shields don't often make a huge impact, this is a fun and effective one to utilize for swifter, more agile builds and playstyles.

Flails can be a bit finicky and demand a learning curve compared to many weapons in Valhalla, but the Soldier's version of this weapon is worth getting acquainted with.
