Ultimately, the Atomfall length depends on the decisions you make, which difficulty settings you have enabled, and how good you are at solving the game's open-ended leads. On average, it will take players anywhere from 15 to 25 hours to beat Atomfall on their first playthrough based on these factors.

If you are quick to solve leads and find locations, if you have a good handle on how combat works, and make decisions that lead you to the end faster, expect to land on the lower end of that range.

But if you take your time, pick up a lot of side Leads, and don't rush to the ending, expect to spend closer to 20 or 25 hours in Atomfall.

That might seem short, but because player choice is such a big influence on the path you take through the game, you will need to put in a lot more time to 100% complete Atomfall and see everything it has to offer.

There are multiple endings, Leads that get locked off depending on your personal choices, and other player-driven factors that differentiate one playthrough from another in meaningful ways.

There are 36 Achievements in Atomfall, some of which are relatively straightforward while others require you to make specific decisions to reach specific conclusions. One achievement asks players to simply find and power the Interchange, while another requires you to complete all available endings in Atomfall, many of which cannot be achieved simply by loading a prior save within the same playthrough.

As such, expect to spend around 30 to 50 hours in Atomfall to completely finish the game. Your second, and perhaps even third, fresh playthroughs will be significantly shorter as you won't have to get used to the game mechanics. But unless you diligently clear every single corner of every map in your first playthrough, you'll likely have plenty left to discover in later playthroughs.
