Due to his immense popularity, there are so many variations of Godzilla from dozens of movies, comic books, novels, video games, and other forms of media. Most of them will, unfortunately, absolutely decimate the Survey Corps without much issue. But the question is: are there versions of Godzilla that the Survey Corps can beat?
Godzilla from the 1998 film directed by Roland Emmerich is generally considered the weakest variation of the King of Monsters and would be the best one to start with. 1998 Godzilla, also known as "Zilla", is essentially just an oversized T-Rex with flame breath. It didn't have all the other versions' atomic breath, so its offensive capabilities are extremely weak in comparison. In the movie, Zilla was killed by F-18 jets, and while their payloads would likely be stronger than a thunder spear, a volley of thunder spears should still do the job.
Shin Godzilla is definitely a big step up from Zilla, but that's with his fourth form. Shin Godzilla's first, second, and third forms are considerably weak, and the Survey Corps should be up to the task of dealing with them. While Shin Godzilla's first form was never fully shown, it should be a safe bet that it's weaker than its second form. The second form is very clumsy on land, and the Survey Corps might not even need thunder spears to deal with it. While Shin Godzilla's third form might look like a traditional Godzilla, it is still weak enough to handle. It's evolved legs to allow it to walk on land, but they're not fully developed and cause Shin Godzilla to shake and stumble. You could probably make the argument that third-form Shin Godzilla is weaker than 1998 Zilla, and so the Survey Corps with thunder spears take this match.
Minus One Godzilla would probably be the next strongest after Shin Godzilla's weaker forms, and this is most likely where things fall apart for the Survey Corps. Sure, Minus One Godzilla's durability might be on the weaker side, and Thunder Spears would probably do a good job damaging him, but that would be about it. This version of the kaiju has incredible regeneration abilities, which would make it incredibly hard to permanently put down.
That would be it for Godzilla, as all other versions of the monster are too large, too durable, and/or can only be killed or hurt by methods the Survey Corps simply don't have access to.

Another King to Topple or Be Toppled By
Similar to Godzilla, King Kong has had so many versions of him appear throughout the years that whether or not the Survey Corps wins is entirely dependent on which they fight. However, they do have an advantage against Kong in terms of experience. The Survey Corps is trained to fight giant humanoids, and Kong definitely counts. Kong could even be comparable to the Beast Titan, who the Survey Corps managed to beat in an open field, though, with large casualties.
The weakest versions of King Kong would be the original 1933 Kong and his 2005 counterpart. The 1933 version struggled to fight against a regular T-Rex and is only about 25-50ft tall, depending on whether you choose to believe the model size or Merian Cooper's vision for the character. Regardless, he could probably be beaten by just a few members of the Survey Corps, never mind the entire squad. 2005 Kong fought three Vastatosaurus Rex at once and won, but is still only about 25–35 feet tall and was killed by airplane gunfire, so thunder spears will still deal with him just fine.
Next up is Kong from the 1986 film King Kong Lives. This version of the eighth wonder could survive missiles and tank shells long enough to destroy the enemies firing them or escape. This would be a tough one for the Survey Corps to deal with, and they'd need a really luck shot early on to have a chance. Otherwise, if this turns into a battle of attrition, King Kong would likely take the victory.
The last one the Survey Corps could beat would be teenage Kong from the 2017 film Kong: Skull Island. While he is bigger, being 104 feet tall, he obviously lacks the experience of all the other versions and was also shown to be harmed by helicopter gunfire. Once again, continuous volleys of thunder spears should deal enough damage to beat him in the end.

In recent years, people might recognize King Kong as Godzilla's rival thanks to the newer films, but before him, it has always been the mighty King Ghidorah. This three-headed dragon is one of the fiercest kaijus in fiction, and like the previous two, has had several iterations throughout the years.
Unlike Godzilla and King Kong though, no version of King Ghidora would lose to the Survey Corps. The weakest version of King Ghidora is generally considered the one from the 2001 film Godzilla, Mothra and King Ghidorah: Giant Monsters All-Out Attack, commonly abbreviated to GMK. But even this Ghidora has gravity beams that would instantly melt members of the Survey Corps. After absorbing Mothra, GMK King Ghidora also obtains an energy shield that could deflect Godzilla's atomic breath. Nothing the Survey Corps has is getting through that.

Moving away from the classic giants to more modern ones, the Pacific Rim kaiju are giant aliens teleported to Earth to conquer it. The Survey Corps likely won't stand a chance against any of the Pacific Rim kaiju. Even the first monster to arrive, Trespasser, was so strong that it took the combined forces of the US Military and British Royal Air Force six days to beat it, and they only managed to do so with the combined force of three tactical nukes. All the following kaiju also needed nuclear weaponry to be beaten, up until the creation of Jaegers. There is an argument to be made for Category I Kaiju, as none of them have ever made an appearance. So, they could be incredibly weak for all anyone knows. But from any of the known Kaiju, none of them are getting taken down by people with swords and explosive spears.
