Ana is a devoted story enthusiast and pop culture aficionada with a background in Communication and Media. She has a Master's degree in Media Studies and consistently writes about pop culture and all things entertainment. Despite her hard-to-describe taste in gaming—one that includes action-adventure, RPGs, roguelike and platform games that usually have very little to do with one another—she loves games with a strong story, complex characters and an all-around immersive experience. This also applies to her love of binging shows and spending evenings at the cinema, as she usually prioritizes narrative over form. In particular, Ana has a soft spot for popular franchises like Star Wars, Marvel and Harry Potter, being a critical fan of their best and worst pieces of media.

Favorite Games

Ana has a deep nostalgia attachment for Zelda, Monkey Island and Kingdom Hearts games, all of which she grew up playing. However, she has recently dived deeper into the PlayStation world, with Spider-Man, God of War and The Last of Us already ranking amongst her favorites.

Industry Focus

When it comes to gaming Ana has a focus on AAA franchises, but she also thoroughly enjoys writing about movies, TV shows and her favorite animes. Overall, she has a focus on pop culture and big franchises. 

Favorite Console

Ana grew up playing on various Nintendo, Xbox and PlayStation consoles, finally settling for a Nintendo Switch and a PlayStation 5.
