About Brie Hoban
Brie is a writer, reviewer, horror fanatic, and former educator. When she isn't writing features, Brie can be found collecting and watching Horror VHS, playing the latest titles, or tracing the FNAF timeline on a giant marker board. She is a fan of most genres, with a particular love for survival horror and JRPGs.
Favorite Console
My single favorite console is and always will be the Super Nintendo. In general, however, I am a diehard PlayStation fangirl.
Favorite Games
It's hard for me to pin down my all-time favorite titles, but franchises I can do (in no particular order).
-Final Fantasy
-Resident Evil
-Fatal Frame
-Kingdom Hearts
-Five Nights at Freddy's
Proudest Gaming Achievement
My proudest gaming achievement would have to be (historically) defeating Atheon in D1 after my entire fireteam had died to harpies, culminating in my clan's first clear of the Vault of Glass. The video is incredible. As cheesy as it sounds, another monumental gaming achievement for me was reviewing Like a Dragon Gaiden, as the Yakuza series is one of the franchises that led me to pursue the career path.
