About Chandler Treon
Chandler is an Austin-based writer for The Best War Games. A lifelong gamer and film buff, Chandler studied video games, movies, and comic books for Master of Arts in Literature.
Proudest Gaming Achievement
When Chandler was a kid, he and his brother accidentally broke the memory card slot on their PS2. This forced him to beat Sly Cooper and the Thievius Raccoonus in a single sitting, which promptly caused the console to overheat and crash.
Favorite Games
Chandler is a die-hard fan of the Yakuza/Like a Dragon series, including its lesser known spin-offs. Other games/series at the top of his list are Fallout: New Vegas, The Witcher 3, The Wolf Among Us, Hades, Psychonauts, Red Dead Redemption, and Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice.
Favorite Movies
"The Warriors" and "Battle Royale" are tied for Chandler's favorite movie, although the Rockstar-developed PS2 game might give "The Warriors" an edge.
