About Christine Miller
Christine has had an infatuation with video games since she was a child, starting with games such as Diablo 2 and Morrowind. Her current obsessions include Final Fantasy 14, Genshin Impact, and Dragon's Dogma 2.
Christine considers herself a parrot person, passionate cook, and lover of all things citrus. In her spare time, she plays Dungeons and Dragons with friends.
Industry Focus
Christine's primary focus is on covering RPGs and live service titles. From Bethesda titles such as Skyrim and Starfield, to MMOs such as World of Warcraft or Final Fantasy 14, Christine tries to portray an accurate impression of each game's community, as well as keep its fans (or potential players) informed on the current state of affairs.
In addition to covering news, Christine occasionally writes original features for some of her favorite franchises, such as Baldur's Gate or Dragon Age.
Favorite Games
Though her video game journey began with RPGs, Christine also found herself enjoying a wide variety of genres.
The games that left an impression on Christine are, in no particular order: The Elder Scrolls, Baldur's Gate, Dungeon Siege, Diablo, Starcraft, Warcraft, The Sims, Jedi Academy. Knights of the Old Republic, Mass Effect, Jade Empire, Dragon Age, Fallout, Pillars of Eternity, Divinity: Original Sin, Life is Strange, Star Wars: Jedi, Terraria, Civilization, Stellaris, Crusader Kings, Dragon's Dogma, Final Fantasy 14, Genshin Impact, Stardew Valley.
Favorite Console
Though she is a PC player at heart, Christine recently bought an Xbox Series S console for her father. They have been playing games together since Diablo 2, and some of Christine's favorite memories are from raiding with her dad every week in Mists of Pandaria.
While she respects the convenience of console gaming, Christine has never been any good at using a controller – much to her frustration.
