About Connie Lee

Connie is a writer based in Southern California! Overall, she has 10+ years of professional writing experience. About 9 years of that has been for corporate copywriting and marketing, while 6 years have been dedicated to freelancing in the entertainment industry. Because of her passion for movies and television, she's been able to write for a number of outlets including PopMatters, Orange Coast Magazine, and others. She is also a part of various volunteer teams in Los Angeles, such as Last Remaining Seats. This experience has allowed her to tackle movie/TV news differently, providing a more technical perspective to her pieces. Her niche genres include horror, mystery/thrillers, and period pieces. Specifically, some of her favorite movies and shows within each include Unsolved MysteriesBarbarian1917, and The Age of Innocence.  And when she's not writing, she LOVES  going to the theater with her husband, spending time with her cats, thrifting, crocheting, and reading.
