About Isaiah A Williams

Isaiah is a freelance gaming writer/journalist, who has been writing within the gaming news and opinion industry for many years now. He graduated from Birmingham City University back in 2022, after starting his Sports Journalism degree in 2019.

While his degree suggests a stronger expertise in sports, his interest in games and all hardware that is used for AAA games supersedes this.

He loves a plethora of titles, particularly action, adventure, horror, and sports games. He is currently a List Writer at The Best War Games, a Tech Writer & News Editor at PCGuide (By Gamers For Gamers), and blogging where he produces reviews/previews on new game releases.

Some of his favorite games of all time are Resident Evil 4, Devil May Cry 5, God of War (2018), and Uncharted 2.

His love for Resident Evil 4, particularly its original in 2005 knows no bounds, as it was the first action/horror game he experienced, and realizes the monumental impact it has made in the aspect of over-the-shoulder/third-person games of today.

Favorite Anime

One Piece

Eiichiro Oda's long-running story has never failed to provide the most epic and thrilling adventures for the Straw Hat Crew to dive into.

While fans are still anticipating more of its lore being revealed, there is no doubt that it already stands as one of the greatest stories in anime of all time.

Favorite Games

- Resident Evil 4 (2005)
- Resident Evil 4 Remake (2023)
- God of War (2018)
- God of War Ragnarok (2022)
- Uncharted 2
- Dragon's Dogma: Dark Arisen

Resident Evil 4 stands at the top of the list, because of its timeless nature in terms of a huge focus on atmosphere and sound design. It remains undefeated compared to most games in balancing both action and horror, and its 2023 remake took it a step further.

Favorite Console

PlayStation 2

Sony's year 2000 console still remains one of the most popular of all time. While nostalgia plays a huge factor, many of its games stand as pivotal factors as to why.

Some of these include Resident Evil 4, GTA San Andreas, GTA Vice City, Silent Hill 2, God of War 2, Devil May Cry, and more.
