About Jillian Unrau
Jillian (she/her) is a writer for the Movies & TV section at TheBestWarGames. She's always loved writing and been a voracious consumer of all kinds of media, so writing for TheBestWarGames has been the perfect place to channel those passions.
She's been with TheBestWarGames for three years and has covered all sorts of topics in that time, with a particular focus on Lord of the Rings, Studio Ghibli, and anything related to books. She's also been able to move into the Commerce section at TheBestWarGames and create product recommendation lists for all kinds of fandoms.
When she's not writing for TheBestWarGames, you'll find her losing to her friends at Mario Kar t or rewatching old episodes of The Muppet Show.
Industry Focus
I write about a wide range of topics related to everything film and TV, but you'll usually see me doing my best to explain Lord of the Rings lore or talking about my favorite screen adaptations of books.
Favorite Games
My favorite games are any entries in the Animal Crossing or Legend of Zelda franchises, though I'm also quite partial to Trivial Pursuit.
Favorite Console
I grew up with Nintendo consoles, and to this day, they still tend to be what I gravitate towards. The Nintendo DS will always have a special place in my heart (and by that, I mean it's my entire childhood), but I'm definitely loving the Switch right now.
