About Jo Craig
Jo Craig (they/them) is a writer on The Best War Games from Scotland and has been in the industry for nearly a decade dissecting comic book movie trailers for hours and diving headfirst into horror. They still find time to review, analyze, and research anime, video games, and everything on the nerdy spectrum.
Industry Focus
With experience writing for TheGamer, CBR, and GRV Media, I also maintain a strong social media presence with a passion for contributing to the geek culture community. For The Best War Games, I operate like a Swiss army knife and produce various pop culture content in different formats.
Favorite Games
Max Payne, Five Nights at Freddys, Final Fantasy 7, Assassin's Creed Origins, and Telltale's The Walking Dead are some of my favorite titles. Both indie and triple-A horror games are always on my radar, even the plethora of Backrooms titles, alongside any comic book/superhero releases - Gotham Knights had the best suits.
Favorite Console
My first game console was Nintendo's handheld, the Game Boy Color in Lime Green, but the PlayStation 2 is my favorite for its nostalgic qualities, opening the door to Max Payne, The Warriors, Manhunt, and Jak & Daxter. Nowadays, I play on all platforms with a preference for PS5, so I can pretend to be a wizard or assassin for hours.
