About Joe Grantham
Joe Grantham is a contributor from the UK with a degree in Classical Studies. His love for gaming is only rivaled by a deep passion for medieval history, which often seeps into his articles.
With over a year and a half of experience in the field, Joe focuses on helping others get the most out of their gaming experiences. He also enjoys writing about Harry Potter and A Song of Ice and Fire.
Favorite Games
Joe's favorite games include League of Legends, Planet Zoo, It Takes Two, Baldur's Gate 3, Crusader Kings 3, Manor Lords, and both Kingdom Come: Deliverance titles.
He is drawn to some of these games for their immersion, historical accuracy, and roleplay features, while a game such as Planet Zoo allows him to unleash his creativity.
Proudest Gaming Achievement
Joe's proudest gaming achievement is reaching Master Tier in League of Legends, a feat that he repeated over several seasons. Despite a lack of natural talent for such games, Joe was able to climb thanks to a positive mindset, creativity, and a stubborn refusal to surrender.
One day he also hopes to complete his far-too-ambitious project in Planet Zoo.
Favorite Console
Joe grew up on various consoles such as the Nintendo 64, Nintendo DS, and Nintendo Wii, as well as the early PlayStation consoles.
He then switched to the Xbox 360 and Xbox One, before eventually settling down as a PC player. Joe prefers the flexibility of PCs and could not cope without his 2 TB storage.
