About John Bonelli
John Bonelli is a news writer for The Best War Games who's been writing about video games since 2017. He fell in love with gaming upon playing Fallout 3 for the first time in 2013; it's still his favorite video game of all time to this very day. He enjoys nearly any and all types and genres of games and hopes for a renaissance of stealth games as a huge fan of Dishonored, Assassin's Creed, and Desperados III.
Favorite Games
John's favorite game of all time is Fallout 3. As his first ever open world experience, he enjoyed the murky green atmosphere of The Capital Wasteland and fell in love with listening to Galaxy News Radio. John also loves indie games, Outer Wilds, Firewatch, and Carrion being some of his all-time favorites.
Industry Focus
John enjoys a wide breadth of different game genres and, as such, covers several different types of video games at TheBestWarGames, from RPGs, to first-person shooters, multiplayer games, stealth games, indies, and more.
Proudest Gaming Achievement
As someone who loves chasing Xbox achievements, crossing the 100K and 200K Gamerscore milestones were awesome moments.
