About Lance Gose
Lance has been a freelance writer since 2021. He has a passion for all things fun and interesting. Whether movies, TV shows, anime, or games, so long as it catches his eye, you can be sure he'll spend more than a few hours reading, watching, and listening to everything there is to know from Wikipedia pages and hours-long lore videos.
Favorite Games
His favorite game is Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice. Something about the combat just entrances him. The sound of the swords clashing. Wolf's brutal finishers. The pursuit of perfection with every well-timed deflect. It all molds together to form a beautiful but cruel dance. There's no other game that can put him in such a state of zen and absolute focus.
Favorite Console
The PlayStation 2 holds a special place in his heart. Even to this day, he remembers spending his days in a classroom, daydreaming about playing Tenchu, Shadow of the Colossus, or Final Fantasy X instead of actually listening to his teachers. Even though he has since moved to PC, the PlayStation 2 was the console that kept him interested in video games as a medium.
Favorite Anime
He's been an Attack on Titan fan even before it was adapted into an anime. He was already an avid reader of the source material before the first episode aired and his love for the series only grew in the wake of subsequent seasons. Watching the manga and anime come to an end left a Colossal-sized hole in his chest.
