About Nicole Sobon
Nicole Sobon is a writer for The Best War Games. Prior to joining The Best War Games, Nicole worked as an editor/writer at CBR, as well as the Editor in Chief at MCU Exchange. She occasionally writes at Murphy's Multiverse. Before Nicole started working in entertainment journalism, she ran a successful book review site for approximately two years, where she shared her views on forthcoming releases while also helping readers connect with writers. When she’s not writing about comics and movies, Nicole can be found writing books. She's been writing for over a decade, and one of her earlier novels, "Program 13," ended up getting quoted on an episode of Criminal Minds. To date, she's written over fifteen books, and she fully intends on writing for at least another decade. She currently lives in Florida with her husband and an army of guinea pigs. You can reach her on Twitter and Instagram at @NicoleSobon.
Favorite Console
I've always loved the PlayStation, so I'd have to say the PlayStation 5. It's just a cleaner system with so many fantastic accessories and a vast library, it's hard to beat. (The PlayStation Portal only makes it all the better.) I do have a soft spot for the Series X, though, even if I don't play my XBox nearly enough.
Favorite Games
I love the Final Fantasy games, as well as Call of Duty. Other games I'd say are favorites are Spider-Man, any Mario game (they're fun!), and It Takes Two. I also adore Until Dawn and The Quarry. I've also recently gotten into Helldivers II, and enjoy watching my husband play with his friends.
Favorite Anime
My absolute favorite anime is Soul Eater, with Tokyo Ghoul coming in as a close second. Soul Eater is just a well-done anime, with excellent characters and plenty of humor. While Tokyo Ghoul is just excellent all around. I also love Cowboy Bebop, the anime - not the live-action take. It's a classic that is a must-see for all anime fans.
