Ryan Watts is a film, television, and video game enthusiast who has a passion for writing. One of his earliest gaming memories was playing FIFA 6 on a pink Nintendo DS. Growing up, he loved to play games such as Skylanders and FIFA on the Nintendo Wii and Xbox 360. He particularly loves Clash of Clans, which he has been playing for 10 years! On Xbox One, he discovered Tom Clany's Rainbow Six Siege, which has been one of his favorite games since 2018. He studied Film Studies and Screenwriting at Winchester University, has written Clash of Clans guides for Blooing, reviewed films at Winchester Film Festival and is currently developing his own film and television ideas that he hopes to be produced one day! 

Favorite Games

Currently my favourite game would be Clash of Clans. I have been playing it on and off for 10 years, but at the moment I play it everyday and am close to reaching Town Hall 16! 

As for all time, my favourite has to be Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege. I just love that it's a more tactical and strategic First Person Shooter (even if you can just run and gun too). When I used to play in an esports team, I'd love coming up with and trying different strategies to outsmart our opponents. 

A few honourable mentions include Hearthstone, which I've played on and off for 3 years, Brawl Stars which I've been playing since beta, and Minecraft, which I used to play all the time growing up. 

Proudest Gaming Achievement

My proudest gaming achievement has to be when I built a competitive Rainbow Six Siege esports team. Not only was it a lot of fun, but it was also satisfying to see it grow, develop, and improve. In many ways it was what kept me sane during lockdown in 2020. Overall, it's on of the fondest gaming memories I have. 

Favorite Console

Xbox One. 

It may not give me the nostalgia of the Xbox 360 or Nintendo DS, but it's the console I have played the most on and have had the most fun with.
