About William Carter
William (He/Him) is a features writer covering all things RPG, and action/adventure. Sometimes dabbles in other genres, and big advocate for easy modes in games.
In his spare time, William is a keen sports fan, following the Seattle Seahawks and spends much of his free time on the golf course, and binging the Uncharted series for the hundredth time.
William has extensive writing experience in a range of disciplines, both in full-time employment and on a freelance basis, and has an educational background in journalism, including an NCTJ accreditation, and a MA in Journalism from Sheffield Hallam University.
But mostly, William just likes writing about Persona 4.
Favorite TV Shows
William's favourite TV series is The Orville, which he believes to be a wonderful homage to the goden era of Star Trek, while also doing well to forge its own legacy.
Other favourite TV series' include Smallville, Justified, Doc Martin, Heartbeat, Home and Away, Coronation Street, and Friday Night Lights.
Favorite Movies
The Social Network is William's favourite film, which he believes to be the perfect blend of witty writing, strong performances, and wonderful editing. He also has a particular fondness for American Pie 2, which he believes to be the greatest coming of age film ever made (yes, he seriously believes this).
Favorite Games
Uncharted 3 is William's favourite game of all time, which he believes to be Naighty Dog's magnum opus, and the most overlooked PlayStation first-party title to date.
More of William's favourite games include Persona 4 Golden, BioShock, Ni No Kuni: Wrath of the White Witch, Batman: Arkham Asylum, Final Fantasy XIV, Mass Effect 2, and Stardew Valley.
