Fior Mes Iverno is the main town in the Emerald Stair region of Avowed that players visit in the beginning. After visiting the Bone and Boar bar, you'll meet up with Lieutenant Fidelio, who'll be drowning his sorrows by drinking. After sparking a conversation with him, he'll share how two rangers went missing on his watch. So, players will need to find the whereabouts of these two rangers in the Missing Rangers quest.

How to Start the Missing Rangers Quest in Avowed

Players can head inside the Boar and Bones bar east of the Animancy Workshop in Fior to meet Lieutenant Fidelio to start the Missing Rangers quest in Avowed. He'll be sitting near to the left, mumbling about how he had one job but failed. Listening to his woes and agreeing to help him will set players on a path to the Wildwoods area in Emerald Stair to search for Belenna and Adelarro.

Find Belenna and Adelarro in the Missing Rangers Quest

Now, exit Fior Mes Iverno and follow the stream to the west to find the first of the missing rangers, Belenna. She's been afflicted with the plague and is now turning into a mindless Dreamthrall. With little consciousness that she still has, Belenna sends players to check on Adelarro. You'll also get Belenna's Badge from her before heading off to find Adelarro.

Adelarro is present a little further upstream. However, he's been completely turned and is now a mindless Dreamthrall. So, players will need to fight Adelarro and other victims of Dreamthrall around him. The best strategy is to let Adelarro engage with your companions while you take care of other smaller enemies in the area. Once all the other enemies are downed, you can take Adelarro down for good.

After defeating him, loot his body to get Adelarro's Badge. Now return to Fior Mes Iverno and talk to Lieutenant Fidelio.

Giving Badges to Lieutenant Fidelio In Missing Rangers Quest Avowed

After meeting up with Lieutenant Fidelio, hand over both the badges to him and share Belenna's affliction with him. He'll feel responsible for the two rangers' state and will be taking care of Belenna. Before ending the conversation, he'll reward players with the Ring of the Peerless Marksman, a unique accessory found in Emerald Stair. This will mark the Missing Rangers quest in Avowed as complete.
