Baldur's Gate 3 is a massive RPG filled with choices and hidden secrets. Act 3 finally sends your party of adventurers to Rivington and the titular city of Baldur's Gate. This is where you will prepare your allies to take on the existential threat looming over the city's fate. Expect to finally progress your companions' quests and make alliances with whoever you can before the final battle.
Shadowheart's questline, in particular, can be tricky to navigate in the city's busy streets. The battle between the Selunites and Sharrans mostly takes place in the shadows of Baldur's Gate 3. This means minimal guidance from objective markers and waypoints. Follow this guide to find the Sharran Lookout and House of Grief to continue the questline.

Daughter of Darkness
The Daughter of Darkness is Shadowheart's questline. Her story can drastically change depending on the outcome of Act 2 in Baldur's Gate 3. If you prevent her from killing Dame Aylin, she will learn that her parents may still be alive. It's up to you to help her track down her family and learn even more about her past.
Sharran Lookout Location
Stepping into Act 3 brings you to Rivington on the outskirts of Baldur's Gate. Speak to Shadowheart, and she will assume that the Sharrans must have a lookout stationed before the bridge among the refugees. The game does not give you any objective markers. However, the wound on Shadowheart's hand may respond if you get close to the hidden Sharran agent.
You won't have to go far as the character you are looking for is to the east of the Rivington fast travel waypoint. Search in the small refugee camp below Arfur's Mansion near the Requisitioned Barn. Ferg Drogher is standing under a tented area at (X:45; Y:-102.) Ferg will treat Shadowheart with disdain before pointing her towards the House of Grief.
House of Grief Location
The House of Grief will not be marked on your map once again. Traverse the Wyrm's Crossing bridge to enter the Lower City part of Baldur's Gate. This house is far to the Northwest in the Lower City. It sits above Lady Jannath's Estate and to the left of the Baldur's Gate fast travel waypoint at (X:-246; Y:-9.)
You must cross the nearby bridge to access it. If you take the path near the water by the fast travel point, Shadowheart will recognize some graffiti on a wall indicating it is nearby. Her wound may also flare up as another clue that your Baldur's Gate 3 party is close.
