Gameplay from the upcoming Battle Royale mode in Battlefield 6 has been leaked, showcasing a huge new map and some interesting mechanics. Battlefield 6's Battle Royale Leaked Footage Showcases Huge Map and New Gameplay Elements

A leaked 9-minute video by a bilibili user named Misako_Mikato_01 has revealed some interesting gameplay elements of the Battle Royale mode, which was available for players in the closed beta. In the video, it’s possible to see a player picking a loadout and landing on a massive new area, which seems like the perfect fit for the mode, unlike the not-so-large maps available in the open beta so far. Apart from the huge map, the video also showcased some new gadgets and elements, confirming that gamers will be able to swim, go underwater, and even shoot from the water. Environments will be destructible in the Battle Royale mode, too, as the video showcased the player wrecking some buildings with a sledgehammer.

Battlefield 6 leaks have been fairly common in the last few weeks. For example, a recent leak revealed gameplay of Battlefield 6’s Mirak Valley Map, which will reportedly be one of the game’s largest environments.

Battlefield 6 Operation Firestorm Gameplay Leaks

Another leak has revealed information about Battlefield 6’s Portal mode. In the footage, which was nearly six minutes long, it’s possible to see gamers tweaking the custom game mode, which has the potential to be highly popular with the fanbase after the release.

Battlefield 6 Campaign Wishlist

As the hype for Battlefield 6 continues to rise before its official release, Battlefield 2042's player count on Steam has greatly increased, becoming even higher than the current Call of Duty. Last week, Battlefield 2042 peaked at over 74,000 simultaneous players, surpassing Call of Duty: Black Ops 6, which had only 70,000 at the time. It remains to be seen if Battlefield 6 will indeed be a big hit, but everything seems to point to a successful launch so far, as the gameplay found in the beta has been praised by the community.
