Following the untimely death of Kentarou Miura, fans were expecting the Berserk manga to go on an indefinite hiatus. They believed that Berserk couldn't continue without Miura, which is understandable as he was the manga's creator.

Currently, there is no news about Berserk getting another adaptation, but fans will be hoping that one of the bigger studios, like ufotable, takes on the task. After watching what the studio did for Demon Slayer, it's not surprising that fans want Berserk to receive similar treatment. Ufotable is currently working on two more Demon Slayer movies, so it will be impossible to work on something like Berserk.
