The CAR-15 is one of the starter weapons in both of the major Delta Force game modes, but despite that, it can easily contend with weapons thanks to how easy it is to use. It may not have the fastest TTK in the game, but it's a reliable rifle that players can comfortably take anywhere and still be successful.

Much of the CAR-15's power is locked behind the game's customization system, which gives players the ability to build around the strengths and weaknesses of any weapon. If you're looking for a weapon that can beam enemies from a distance, then this Delta Force CAR-15 build should do the trick.

CAR-15 Assault Rifle-Warfare-6H9NU9C06GGSVELMFER1R

This CAR-15 build almost completely eliminates the effect of horizontal recoil in the first 15 rounds of a long burst. The weapon's vertical recoil is already easy to handle, so taking horizontal recoil out of the equation should help players hit their shots more often when fighting enemies beyond 40 meters. Just bear in mind that the gun will still veer to the right if your burst lasts for more than 15 shots.

Another benefit to this build is its high Handling and Stability stats. Both of these combined will give you fairly fast ADS speed and movement speed while aiming, as well as less intense visual recoil when firing in full auto. Because of this, you'll be able to use the CAR-15 in all ranges without compromising your speed, making it viable for both run-and-gun and stationary shooting playstyles, and an overall solid weapon for ranking up in Delta Force Warfare mode.

CAR-15 Assault Rifle-Warfare-6H9O11006GGSVELMFER1R

This setup is built for close encounters. The CAR-15 usually gets outgunned up close by other weapons in Delta Force due to its slow fire rate, but this build should give you a better chance in CQB by giving you significantly increased movement speed while aiming. Overall recoil control and stability will be much lower compared to the first build, but it's still good enough for this CAR-15 build to be usable in mid-range fights.

Speedy builds like these are great for weaving in and out of cover or out-strafing enemies in a duel. This also makes the CAR-15 slightly more viable against fully-kitted players in Operations mode while also being relatively cheaper compared to meta guns.
