Need for Speed Unbound was shadow-dropped and took fans by surprise, with its amazing art style serving as a breath of fresh air from most racing titles that try to emphasize realism and end up looking similar to their competitors.

This stylish presentation, along with the patented NFS gameplay, makes Unbound an excellent entry in the series. While the grind can be a pain to get used to, the rest of the package is solid and will compel players to try and make the most of every week, acquiring amazing cars and decimating their opposition in the process.

Fun Games To Make Friends - It Takes Two

Hazelight Studios has made a name for itself by prioritizing co-op experiences, something that fans adore. While A Way Out was a decent venture in this regard, it wasn't until the release of It Takes Two that the true potential of this developer could be seen.

Controlling May and Cody is a blast as players go through a wealth of imaginative levels and try to mend their relationship. With its fair share of iconic moments and a gargantuan amount of great ideas that bombard the player, it's easy to see why It Takes Two is the perfect game for two friends or loved ones to enjoy together.

F1 23 is one of the better entries in the series, showing that EA's partnership with Codemasters was going to lead to several positive results. The driving mechanics feel better than ever, but what took fans by surprise was the quality of the story mode.

F1 2021's Braking Point was a decent attempt at a single-player story, but the writing was too clichéd to have a lasting impact. The same complaint can't be leveraged at Braking Point 2, which is a massive upgrade in this regard and is arguably one of the best narratives ever told in a racing game.

Split Fiction 1

Co-op gaming has made a turnaround as more developers have started prioritizing this mode once again, with Hazelight Studios leading the charge here. After their stellar work on It Takes Two, the company developed another standout title that is bigger and bolder than ever before.

From Commander Shepard to Cal Kestis, these video game protagonists are some of the best EA has ever created. Here's how they rank.

The story of Split Fiction may be somewhat nonsensical and lack any form of subtlety, but the narrative was never It Takes Two's strong point, either. Rather, it was the fresh co-op gameplay ideas and excellent level design, something that has been dialled to a 100 for Split Fiction.

Many fans questioned the necessity for a Dead Space remake, but Motive Studio silenced any premature criticism by letting players enjoy an excellent upgrade to one of the greatest survival horror games of all time. Giving Isaac Clarke a voice was a smart decision that helped the story have more of an impact.

Levels were expanded, making them more expansive without losing the isolation that made the desolate halls of the USG Ishimura so chilling to explore. The scare factor and emphasis on action ensure that players will love how great it feels to play the Dead Space remake.

It speaks volumes about the Commander Shepard Mass Effect trilogy that it still feels great to play through despite the many years that have passed since these titles were released. The storytelling chops of these games are amazing to this day, and the facelift helped a new batch of gamers appreciate this brilliance.

Players love the protagonist as they gather a group of loyal companions with interesting stories of their own, mounting an assault against smaller threats before the Reapers eventually reveal themselves. All three games in the series are worth playing for their own reasons, with the ending of this trilogy being significantly improved, courtesy of the DLC that came after the third game's launch to satiate fan complaints.
